AIVA × Notion

Your Notion,searchable and current.

AIVA searches the pages you’ve shared with it, reads them as clean Markdown, and updates titles or bodies on request — inserting, appending, or replacing only after you approve.

The problem

The wiki is only as good as your memory of where things are.

Decisions live in Notion, but finding the page where one was made takes longer than the decision did. Notes never make it back in because updating a page is friction. So the source of truth drifts out of date, and the team re-litigates things that were already settled.

What AIVA can do

Concrete help with Notion.

Search shared pages

AIVA searches across exactly the pages you’ve shared with the integration — nothing more, nothing hidden.

Read as Markdown

Pages come back as clean Markdown, so AIVA can summarize, extract decisions, or answer questions about your docs.

Update precisely

Insert at the top, append at the bottom, or replace a page’s body — and rename titles — with surgical control instead of clumsy overwrites.

Keep it offline-ready

Pages you configure become AIVA Bookmarks with content available offline, so context is there even without a connection.

What changes

What it’s like once AIVA runs your Notion.

The wiki keeps itself current

AIVA turns a conversation or meeting into a structured update and appends it to the right page — so the source of truth stops drifting out of date.

  • Notes captured back to the page
  • Right section, surgical insert
  • No more re-litigated decisions

Captured

  • Found “Roadmap — Q3”
  • Standup notes drafted
  • Appended on approval

Edits you can trust

Insert, append, or replace — AIVA shows you exactly what it will write and waits. Your pages never change without an explicit yes.

  • Precise inserts, not overwrites
  • Diff shown before writing
  • Approval required for every edit

Write to page?

Append “Standup — Jun 16” to Roadmap

Common workflows

How people put it to work.

01

Knowledge capture

AIVA turns a conversation or meeting into a structured Notion update and appends it to the right page on approval.

02

Doc Q&A

Ask questions across your shared pages; AIVA searches, reads, and answers with the source page cited.

03

Offline bookmarks

Configure key pages as Bookmarks so AIVA can reference them even when you’re off the grid.

Without your approval, AIVA won’t

No surprises.

These never happen on their own. AIVA drafts and asks; you decide.

  • Edit any page title or content
  • Insert, append, or replace text
  • Restructure a page

FAQ

Good questions to ask.

Can AIVA see my whole Notion workspace?

No — only the pages you explicitly share with the integration. Nothing else is visible to AIVA, by design.

Will it overwrite my pages?

Edits are surgical — insert at the top, append at the bottom, or replace a specific section — and every one waits for your approval. Replacing a full page body is flagged as destructive.

Can I use it offline?

Yes. Pages you configure as Bookmarks cache on your device, so AIVA can reference them even without a connection.

How does it return page content?

As clean Markdown, so AIVA can summarize, extract decisions, and answer questions accurately — and cite the source page.
