No. Reading your numbers and templates is silent, but every send — free-form or template — is drafted and held until you approve the exact text and recipient.

What about the 24-hour window?

AIVA knows the rule: inside the 24-hour customer-service window it can send free-form text; outside it, it switches to an approved template so the message actually delivers.

Do I need my own Meta app?

For the one-click managed connection, no. If you prefer, you can connect your own Meta app’s credentials in advanced mode. Either way you must grant the WhatsApp messaging and management permissions.

How is access secured?

With a revocable OAuth token stored encrypted on your Mac. Disconnect from Settings → Apps to cut access immediately.
